How much for a custom order that I don’t see on the website?
Everything I do is custom! I have never painted two sets of letters exactly the same, or duplicated any of my work. I don’t use stencils or stickers- everything is hand painted with paint and brushes. I am happy to work with you on the perfect design for your project.

If you are interested in a product that is not on my website, email me and I can give you a quote. (Many of my current products were “inspired” by customers.)

How long will my order take?
Most orders will take between 3-5 weeks, depending on my current work load. Letters take at least 1 week to get from my supplier. If there is a special occasion that you need the letters for, or if you are just rushing to get a nursery finished, please let me know and I will do my best to get them to you.

What products do you use?
This of course depends on what you have ordered- the wood letters are cut from a quality 1/2” MDF, the canvas is high quality gallery side-wrapped canvas, and any shoes that I paint are leather. I use only non-toxic acrylic paint and multiple coats of sealer on each product to ensure long life and durability.

How can I hang my letters?
Because the backs of the letters are solid (no holes to hang with), I have three available options for hanging:
1. Ribbon- tied in either a bow or a loop, this is the most popular option. Ribbons will be matched to the design. Nails or tacks are required to hang the ribbon letters.
2. Wall Putty- a strong wall tack. Use by first kneading the putty until warm, put a few small pea-sized dots of putty on the back of each letter and press firmly to the wall. For safety reasons, check hold occasionally. I have had a set hanging for about 3 years now without a problem using the wall putty.
3. Sawtooth Hangers- I will attach a sawtooth hanger to the back of each letter. Nails will be required to hang on wall. This option is a additional $5 per order for materials.

How much is shipping? Shipping is a flat $10 for any U.S. order. Everything is sent through the US Postal Service, usually using Priority Mail (2-3 days) with Delivery Confirmation.

Will you ship internationally? Sure. You’d just be responsible for the additional shipping.
